"A couple of days ago my daughter opened the garage door to see water running from the hot water tank onto the garage floor. And of course it was on a Sunday! After numerous calls to friends trying to find a plumber who would come check out the issue, a friend of mine provided me with David’s name and contact information after sharing with me that he had used their services after having had some foundation work done on his house and needed some pipe work done. My friend was very pleased and recommended Plunger Pros highly as did his neighbor who had them replace their hot water tank. The answering service took my call and after discussing the issue she said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was on Tuesday (2 days away).I told her I would keep the appt but I was going to see if I could get someone to come out earlier. To my surprise, David, the owner of Plunger Pros called me back, within an hour or so, and asked if I would be available for him to come out within 45-60 minutes to check out the situation. Heck yes! True to his word he was there within the specified time frame. David assessed the situation, made sure the hot water tank was closed off properly, that our cold water was working fine and that all was safe until he could get a new hot water tank first thing the next morning. David was so nice, knowledgeable and patient with me and my daughter. He truly wanted to make sure we were taken care before he left to go out of town with his family. (He delayed his leaving until he got us taken care of!) You don’t find this type of customer service often. And the next day, Jaysin was here just as David said he would be and we had a new hot water tank operational in less than 2 hours. Jaysin was also very nice, friendly and competent. "Alright folks, this will be a laundry list but David deserves the praise and effort because he puts in 120% effort on every job himself. We started working with David when he came out to check out our low water pressure. Turns out the part regulating our homes pressure was never set up correctly and after only 2 years was already done and dusted. David dug it out, laid down some rocks for drainage, replaced it with a reliable unit and dialed in the pressure for our home perfectly. Well from there on we have had him out many more times. Once to install a touch activated kitchen faucet and cup rinser for our kitchen sink. He replaced all the crappy plastic push valves with actually reliable metal valves too. Another time we had him out to replace an exterior hose bib with a new one, at which time he redid the incorrect piping it was hooked up to and insulated it. Again for our 4 bathroom faucets, drains, tub drains and faucets with matching shower heads. Replacing valves with metal ones here too. The latest job was replacing a garbage disposal after a lightning strike. I like to joke that by now he has replaced almost all of our plumbing related items in our home. But there are still a few more projects coming up in 2025 we will have him tackle. Do yourself, your home and your wallet a favor and call Plunger Pros."

We had a clogged bathroom and after a camera inspection another plumber found that the builder left a screwdriver in the main drain causing a backup. They tried removing but said it was lodged and we would need to tunnel under the house 20 feet to repair at a cost of $12,000. This is after I got charged over $1500 for camera and drain clearing. Seeing other reviews I called David and despite it being 3:30 on a Friday he came out. I asked him for a price after I explained the issue and he said he would run his camera for free and if he thought he could get it out he would charge me a couple hundred bucks. 15 minutes later that’s exactly what he did, saving me $12,000! "If you are looking for and aspire to support local businesses, These are your guys. David and Zachary observed both honor, kindness, patience and integrity. Their pricing, and professionalism is exemplary. I had a waterline that failed in my front yard. When I initially called Zachary came out to help me find the leak, and then gave me the option to perform the repairs myself, or attempt to repair myself. There is no overselling you what you don’t need. I also really appreciated the fact that when you made your appointment, they sent you a link where you could track where they were so you knew how close they were to reaching you, and gave you a picture of the plumber that would be out as well as the vehicle description and the license plate number. I attempted to repair it myself, but just got lost and when I called them back to see if they could go ahead and fix it, David answered the call and made the effort to come out the same evening, even though it was dark and cold. My water was restored same day and I was able to have water access quickly. I’m usually the one that’s very hesitant to hire out because of so many of the scams out there.
